Nicole Kidman has confirmed her bond with Taylor Swift. She praised her album ‘Folklore’ and compared her iconic look in ‘The Beguiled’ to the pop star’s new aesthetic.
The 53-year-old actress uploaded a throwback video of herself on the position of the movie wearing an outfit very similar to that worn by Taylor on her album cover.
Taylor similarly wore a white dress, draped dark jacket and curled up-‘do in her Folklore album cover image, as well as in the film-clip for her new single Cardigan. Her hair did style in a curled up-style typical of the 1800s.
The actress captioned the post: “On the set of #BeguiledMovie #Folklore Sisters… Love this album xx.”
The pop star quickly thanked the actress for her kind feedback, commenting under the post: ‘This just made me GRIN you’re the greatest.’
Nicole has been a close friend of Taylor to years, having famously ditched her husband Keith’s tour to visit the pop star’s performance in 2018.
The 52-year-old actress is currently facing public backlash for receiving special permission to avoid waiting at a quarantined hotel after arriving in Australia from the US last Monday.
